The Order of Saint Eulalia in Wales

The Government in Wales is represented by a Chancellor appointed by the Grand Master of the Order. Together with the Chancellors of England and Scotland they form the Grand Council for the United Kingdom. All Chancellors act as Ambassadors extraordinary and plenipotentiary (or Ministers) of the Central Government (The Chancellery) and they are the highest ranking individuals to represent the Order in their appointed States. Their work is to advise and assist the Grand Master in any given area and to represent the Order to all official entities and in all official ceremonies.

The Chancellor of Wales presides to and is assisted by the Council of Wales composed by the three Counselors in charge of the three Dioceses and Archdioceses of Wales: Cardiff, Menevia and Wrexham. Each Counselor is assisted locally by two Lieutenants.
